RETURNS

All artwork from Madhav Fine Art comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, we offer 14 days returns policy. Simply let us know within 3 days of receiving your order so we can discuss and do our best to resolve your issue.  

You can also exchange your artwork with a similar size/price artwork. However, you need to pay for the actual shipping costs if the exchange has been agreed.

 

REFUNDS

Once we have received the artwork back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Please note:

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the artwork. 

All returned items must be in a saleable condition.

Commissioned artwork (made to order/custom painting) would not be entitled for a refund due to being custom-made to your specific requirements. Usually, before we send out your artwork we will show you a photo and a video of your commissioned work for review and approval. Please be assured your artwork will only be sent after you have confirmed and completely happy with your commission.
