Returns

At Madhav Fine Art, every artwork is created with care and passion. We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order details and reason for return. We will do our best to resolve your concern — whether that is a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please note:

  • All returned artworks must be in their original, undamaged condition and securely repackaged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for another artwork of similar size and value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your artwork may already be in production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Commissioned & Custom Artwork

Commissioned paintings (made-to-order / custom work) are not eligible for a return or refund as they are created specifically to your requirements. Before dispatch, we will share photos and a video of your completed commission for your review and approval — your artwork will only be sent once you are completely happy with it.
